I’m all about some low-cost dinner ideas, particularly once I’m feeding the grandkids. In England, as in many elements of the ‘curry world’ these meals are invariably eaten with wholewheat breads – chapattis, naan and so on. The standard method is to interrupt of a bit of bread, form it into a scoop and use it as an alternative of a spoon or fork.
